In order to study the effect of button mushroom compost, chemical fertilizer and superphosphate on head Kidney and some blood biochemical parameters in fresh water aquaculture, after transferring fish to pools with dimensions of one hectare with equal length and width with water height of two meters from a single source for two months, received button mushroom compost and chemical fertilizer. In each of groups, about 20 pieces of healthy fish with the same biometric characteristics were taken. After performing the usual laboratory procedures, separation of ALT and AST enzymes was assessed by parsazmon laboratory kit. The ALP enzyme was also measured by nitrofenil phosphate P, which is based on its ability to break phosphate groups in acidic pH. LDH, TG, Alb, COL, Na, K and Ca were measured by using the parsazmon laboratory kits and autoanalyzer device and TP levels were measured by Bradford method. The levels of AST, ALT, Alb and Ca in the group two showed a significant decrease compared to the treatment group three in most of the species (p0.05). LDH, COL, ALP and Na did not differ significantly between the groups.TP, K and TG in the group two showed a significant increase compared to the group three (p0.05). According to the recent findings, it can be concluded that button mushroom compost can be used as a suitable substitute for chemical fertilizers in fresh water fish breeding ponds.

For this research, the required Acanthopagrus latus fish were selected by the expected catch method and finally the same size samples with an average weight of 150 g were selected. Then, five pieces of fish in 300 liter aquariums containing water with different salinities including Khor Musa with a mean salinity of 42.7 ± 0.34 ppt and Arvand with a mean salinity of 14.4 ± 0.29 ppt were exposed to 0.1 LC5096 obtained from the lethal toxicity of silver nanoparticles and silver nitrate. For each environment and control treatment, after two weeks of adaptation, they were placed with three replications. The sampling was performed at 1, 6, 12 and 24 hours from the caudal stalk vein with 2 cc syringes and 5 millimeter samples of liver at the end of the experiment. To separate the serum, blood samples without anticoagulant were centrifuged for 15 minutes at 3000 rpm. Finally, the activity of ALP, AST and ALT enzymes was measured and evaluated by an autoanalyzer device using diagnostic kits. Also, to prepare microscopic micrographs, paraffin sections of liver tissue were stained with hematoxylin-eosin. Results showed that two different forms of silver, including silver nitrate and silver nanoparticles, had different effects on the health and liver function of the Acanthopagrus latus which was evident in the treatment of silver nitrate. This action has been seen as a change in the activity of serum enzymes especially the increase in more times, necrosis, hyperemia, hemorrhage, biliary regurgitation and vacuolar degeneration especially at low salinities.

Epinephelus coioides fish is cultivated in Emam Khomeini Fisheries Research Center under Southern Aquaculture division. This fish is used in histology, histopathalogy, toxicology, physiology, cellular and molecular biology, studies. The Zangi creek water is contaminated due to petrochemical, industrial, agricultural and commercial communication pollutants. The water that the fish are cultivated with is obtained from Zangi creek and the fish which are exposed to this water are contaminated. In the histopathological experiments performed by Haemotoxylin- Eosin staining method in the brain, disorders such as karyolysis and necrosis of the nucleus, vaculation and oedema as well as hyperanemia are apparent. These defects are more obvious in the medulla oblongata, diencephalon and cerebellum of the brain. These disorders could be due to contamination of Zangi creek water such as heavy metals, organic derivatives of heavy metals, aromatics, organophosphates and etc.

To determine the cellular and adaptations changes in mitochondria -rich cells under different environmental salinities, Sparidentex hasta as a urihaline has been studied.180 fish weighing 150 ± 0.5 gr and 23±1 cm length, were directly exposure to (5 , 20 , 40 and 60ppt) salinitiesfor a week.Sampling was performed on days 1,2 and 7 and three fish from each tank ( 12 fish from each treatment ) were cached at each time. After preparing, samples fixed in glutaraldehyde 2/5 % solution and washed with 0.1M (pH=7.4) buffer phosphate. Samples were dehydrated in increasing ethanol series ( from 50 % to pure ethanol )followed by 100 % acetone.Tissue blocks were frozen by liquid nitrogen and then immediately followed by scanning electron microscope LEO ( Model 1455VP) with the voltage 15Kv. The upper levels of mitochondria -rich cells under scanning electron microscope revealed according to the apical openings, three types of mitochondria -rich cells derived apertures, shallow and deep recognizable. The number and size of mitochondria -rich cells in the apical openings in 60ppt salinity increase on the first day compared to rest of the treatments .During the experiment, the density and size of the openings in the mitochondria -rich cells in the lower salinity of the sea water was increased but in higher salinity of sea watersize and density of openingsincreased during experimental time.

Measurement of blood parameters is one of diagnosis way for disease and health in marine that can change by numerous factors. In this study 30 spotted catsharks, with similar characteristics of both sexes were caught from the northern estuary, of Persian Gulf. After hunting collection and blood smeer, parameters and factors, including WBC, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, neutrophils and blood indices, including MCV, MCH, MCHC were measured. Results indicated no significant difference between the measured parameters and both sexes (p>0.05). The parameters, lymphocytes with the highest and eosinophils with lowest number both were seen in males. The amount of white blood cells were more in male than female but the most of blood indices of MCV was seen in male and the lowest of MCHC was seen in female. In this research, WBC blood parameters in cat spotted shark were similarities and differences with other marine that have been reported.

Water and electrolyte balance is vital for aquatic organisms in both hyper and hypo osmotic environments. Kidneys as excretory organs play an important role in osmoregulation and body fluid homeostasis. In this study a total number of 180 Sobayti (Teleost: Sparidentex hasta) were exposed to different salinities to assess changes in the kidney structure and alterations in plasma levels of electrolytes, glucose and cortisol. Salinity challenges were examined for a period of 14 days in four experimental groups: 40ppt as control and 5, 20 and 60 ppt as other experimental treatments. 24 hours after salinity challenge, significant changes were observed in the lumen diameter of the primary proximal tubule at the sections from trunk kidney in both 5 and 20 ppt conditions (P<0.05). Lumen diameter of the second part of the proximal tubule did not differ in any of the experimental salinities (P>0.05).However, lumen diameter of the distal tubule of nephron in the trunk kidney, increased significantly in 60 ppt treatment 48 hours from starting the experiment (P<0.05). The thickness of the epithelium tubule in both trunk and tail parts showed no significant differences during the adaptations (P>0.05). According to the results, histomorphological changes in the different parts of the kidney returned to the basic structure with in 24 to 48hours after exposure to different salinities.
